Coupling - self-adjusting pneumatic brake controlled remotely by means of a pedal push-button panel; possibility of setting up for a single or continuous cycle. Upper blade holder in a single piece of high resistance steel guided on the sides by adjustable gibs. Reversible blades with two cutting edges in special steel. Blade inclination reduced to a minimum in order to allow a cut without deformation even on very small width strips
Sturdy construction machines suitable for all bending operations. The movement of the head takes place by means of conical gears and trapezoidal thread screws. The folding table is balanced by an adjustable counterweight in order to make movement easy and light. A special stop ring allows you to fix the desired bending angle
Motor-driven three-cylinder asymmetrical arrangement rolling machines. The lower cylinder is adjustable by means of a cam lever, the rear one can be adjusted with a handwheel for the execution of cylindrical or conical bends; both are equipped at the ends with grooves with different lengths and depths to be able to bend edged objects or iron rods. The upper cylinder, which can be released, is equipped with a longitudinal cut to bend the sheet metal edge to be crimped
The machine is made with steel structure. The displacement of the upper shaft occurs parallel to the lower one. This makes it possible to work with variable center distances and to be able to mount rollers with a diameter greater than that normally permitted. The extraction of elements with high edges or with particularly bulky ends is facilitated
